Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after you place your order. Please check your junk or spam folders if it does not appear in your inbox. Please review the order confirmation and contact us at info@gemwrldapparel.com if you see any errors. You can also review the details of your order from your GEM-WRLD Apparel account (if you created one).

Seasonal sales, new arrivals, and promotions

Signing up for our email list is the best way to receive updates on new arrivals, upcoming sales, and promotions. You can subscribe to our mailing list by entering your email address in the email text field found in the footer of each page. 

Shipping 

• With USPS and UPS we ship to over 241 countries and regions.
• Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days (not including weekends or holidays) and we provide a tracking number for all orders.
• Domestic orders will usually arrive to you within 3-7 business days after receipt of your order.
• International orders will usually arrive to you within 8-14 business days after receipt of your order.
• Exact shipping options and transit times will be provided at checkout.
• International customers can see and pay taxes and duties (if applicable) up-front at checkout. *GEMWRLD-APPAREL WILL NOT PAY CUSTOM FEES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. THAT RESPONSIBILITY FALLS ONTO THE BUYER/RECIPIENT. REFUSING TO PAY ANY ASSOCIATED SHIPPING FEES WILL NOT QUALIFY FOR A REFUND ON SHIPPED ORDERS.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued to undergarments. Product size exchanges are allowed but evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If we approve your product size exchange request, you may be charged the associated shipping costs as we do not provide prepaid shipping labels.
